Defeat Mariana Mamba is an optional objective in Evil Genius, which is available as soon as the player starts in the second island.
Description[]
Careful observation of Mariana Mamba has revealed how much she relies on her looks to achieve her goals. If we strap her to an Infirmary Chair, our scientists can administer some treatment that will nullify her main weapon for good.
Walkthrough[]
To complete this objective, the player must have an Infirmary Chair and a Biochemist, then simply have Mariana Mamba "interrogated" on the Infirmary Chair the next time she is captured.
Upon forced into the Infirmary Chair, Mariana is forcefully injected with some sort of substance by the Biochemist that causes her body to grow obese. Upon looking at a mirror afterwards, Mariana runs away in fear and no longer interferes the Evil Genius anymore.

- This objective (not counting the method to eliminate John Steele) is the only of the Super Agent optional objective that does not require the player to complete an Act of Infamy beforehand.
