Dirk Masters is a P.A.T.R.I.O.T. super agent who acts as both a soldier and saboteur. He appears when the Evil Genius has achieved a notoriety of 290.
Background[]
Dirk Masters is the bulging P.A.T.R.I.O.T. super-spy. A trained Special Forces operative and veteran of numerous conflicts; he soon found he had the skills to be a brilliant secret agent. Dirk's methods are none too subtle; he's a no-nonsense, gum chewing Yank, whose motto is 'shoot first, and then shoot some more'.
Since foiling a nefarious plot to turn the Great Pyramids into a gigantic nuclear missile, Masters has officially been retired. However, each year something inevitably crops up and the army helicopter carrying his old war buddy Colonel Chase hovers into view at the Masters Ranch in Minneapolis and before you know it Dirk Masters is back, undertaking one last mission for his country.
Behavior[]
Dirk Masters acts as a Soldier and a Saboteur. Left to his own devices, he will generally ignore Science Minions and Social Minions, but will attack Military Minions and some Henchmen on sight. If he is attacked, thus losing his blue heat circle, the other aforementioned minion types may be targeted.
Special Ability[]
Suppression Fire: Dirk Masters' huge bulk lets him carry a phenomonal amount of firepower; this is never more obvious than when he is letting rip with his dual M60 machine guns.

Dirk Masters can can only be defeated through the optional objective Defeat Dirk Masters, and turned into a Freak that serves you now. Here is what he looks like.
Strategy[]
Dirk can easily be defeated by using Lord Kane's Smooth operator skill and being targeted by minions. This will leave him defenseless as he is beaten unconscious. It is advised to take him out as soon as possible in order to prevent damage. Social minions can be used to distract him while minions attack him. If possible the player can even have his Smarts or Attention lowered to zero so he can be captured and interrogated. After which he can be placed outside the base and when he awakes he will leave.

Dirk Masters is based off of Rambo. A character from a movie franchise of the same name. Both are very bulky, American, wear a headband, and are in the military.
