H.A.V.O.C.

H.A.V.O.C. is the Doomsday device used by the Genius Red Ivan.

H.A.V.O.C. was used to reclaim Ivania, Red Ivan's own country he had to flee from, as well as take over the world. H.A.V.O.C., originally, was a weapon created by H.A.M.M.E.R., though when tested, was deemed too powerful and was taken apart into three individual pieces. When used H.A.V.O.C. will "ignite" along with your lair, some items will be lit ablaze and it not contained fast enough, will cause raging infernos within the lair.

Stage 1: These five chambers constantly build up kinetic energy by compressing atoms into ever smaller spaces. When the device fires, it delivers all of that energy at once in a single, devastating payload.

Stage 2: By adding a large weight and constantly dropping it on the payload, a standard H.A.V.O.C. round can now contain not only explosive atoms, but can have a large amount of gunpowder squeezed in there, too.

Stage 3: This large chimney super-heats the atomic payload, because every munition is more deadly when its on fire

Strength 1: A single blast from H.A.V.O.C. will draw the F.O.J.'s attention but also generate an incredible opportunity

Strength 2: H.A.V.O.C. will decimate the Region. The F.O.J. will watch the area closely, but be ready to capitalize on the chaos

Strength 3: Leaving nothing standing, H.A.V.O.C. will unleash destruction on a scale you've never seen before.

Strength 3/Domination stage: This is it, the final word in devastation. Point H.A.V.O.C., at a Region and level it. This will permanently eradicate any F.O.J. from the Region. It will also destroy your Criminal Network.
