Jet Chan is the A.N.V.I.L. Super Agent.
Background[]
Jet Chan is a martial arts supremo. his feet and hands are deadlier than most guns. The A.N.V.I.L. champion of justice. his most notable victory was defeating the Evil Confucian Master - Xing Ho. The evil Mandarin had tunneled into the Great Wall of China and constructed a lair within the wall itself. He planned to hypnotize all the people of China and get them to jump up on the spot at once, causing a massive earth tremor that would send seismic shocks rippling around the globe, destroying the civilized world.
The unique linear configuration of Xing Ho's base played into Jet Chan's hands - he infiltrated the secret lair and moving corridor-by-corridor, singlehandedly defeated every one of Xing Ho's minions in hand-to-hand combat before striking down the Confucian Master in his Inner Sanctum.
Overview[]
Jet Chan has a powerful melee attack and generally behaves like a Soldier and a Burglar, attacking minions he comes across, and stealing loot if given the chance, but will act like a Saboteur as well by setting charges to blow vital things up. He will also act as an Investigator as well. However, he will ignore Social Minions.
Chan's special ability is Preternatural Speed, where he will dodge all bullet attacks while it is active, making melee attacks the only way to actually damage him.
Jet Chan will appear on the world domination screen and switch between A.N.V.I.L territories. Should any of your minions be in a territory with him for too long he will attack, resulting in a massive amount of minions being destroyed. The only way to prevent this is to make your minions hide and wait until he either moves to another territory, or decides to visit the island.
Like other Super Agents, Chan will not die when his health is reduced to 0; he will instead be unconscious (similar to henchmen) and eventually awaken and either leave the island, possibly bringing along some heat if he was attacked beforehand, or regenerate his stats and continue causing trouble.
The only way to remove Chan from the game is through an optional objective which is available at the second island.
Trivia[]
- His name is obviously a portmanteau of Jet Li and Jackie Chan, although he is mostly based on Bruce Lee.
- At 70, Jet Chan has the lowest Loyalty of all Super Agents.
