S.A.B.R.E. is one of the five world agencies that make up the Forces of Justice.
Overview[]
S.A.B.R.E. is a British counter-terrorist agency that represents Europe and all its colonial holdings, which controls Capitalist Europe, Australasia, the Indian Subcontinent and Southern Africa.
S.A.B.R.E. is the oldest and most pristine counter-terrorist agency in the world, with their Headquarters in located in London, England. They have John Steele and Wrecking Bola acting as their Super Agents.
S.A.B.R.E. are close allies with P.A.T.R.I.O.T. as the both organizations work for nations with similar ideologies, believing in Democracy and Free-Speech. Planting the seed of mistrust between these agencies will not be easy, but when the roots start grows their alliance will rumble down.
S.A.B.R.E. is somewhat the unofficial leader of the Global Defense Alliances and has been able of keep the peace between other agencies for many years by balancing ever increasing entangled web of agreements, compromises and cooperation. They are linchpin of the Global Defense Alliances and dislodging them near impossible so long they are allies with other agencies. If we are able to sow enough chaos across the Globe and between other Forces of Justice, S.A.B.R.E. might over reach with their power to maintain order. This will give us the opportunity trick the other agencies thinking that S.A.B.R.E. making grab for power, trying to become the official leader of the Global Defense Alliances and then the whole thing come crashing down, like a house of cards!

- S.A.B.R.E. is both parody and homage to the Secret Intelligence Service (commonly known as MI6) for which James Bond works for.
- In Evil Genius 2 the S.A.B.R.E. lost its former territories of Western Europe, Scandinavian countries to the H.A.M.M.E.R. and Turkey, India and Oceania to the A.N.V.I.L. at the same time it gained the former territory of North Africa from S.M.A.S.H. having all its current territories in Africa
- From a game development point of view we can assume that this was done to simplify the gameplay on the world map.
- From a plot point of view we can theorize that after the fall of the first evil genius the ensuing chaos led to the collapse of the former S.A.B.R.E. with its rivals H.A.M.M.E.R. and A.N.V.I.L. taking advantage of this situation to annex some of their territories after that the S.A.B.R.E. remade itself in the only remaining territory of South Africa and annexed the territory of the S.M.A.S.H. in North Africa so as not to run the risk of losing its relevance in the world.
