V.E.N.O.M Is the Doomsday device used by the Genius Emma. It was implied that it could've been used before the first evil genius took over. It is fueled by diamonds and, when used, can make minions become feral, making them attack anyone in sight.
Stage 1
Stage 1: The V.E.N.O.M. gas is loaded up with all sorts of negative pheromones. The kind kind that are inspired by hate, greed, and envy. That's why the fuel has to be made from diamonds.
Stage 2
Stage 2: V.E.N.O.M. gas is generated in the central chamber and then leaked into the atmosphere, where they form clouds high above the Lair. Through a combination of temperature control and mastery of the Butterfly Effect, your scientists can target specific regions.
Stage 3
Stage 3: The excess gas generated is condensed into a single point within the holographic globe, and then follows the V.E.N.O.M. clouds to their target. Its all very complicated
Strength 1: V.E.NO.M. clouds cause mild panic, light chaos, and a lasting sense of resentment.
